Inspired by Coastal Living’s Home of the Year in 2001, Seaside is a 5-bedroom house, constructed in 2003, with both golf course and ocean views. The kitchen and family room, located on the east side first floor enjoy morning sun, yet throughout the day, those rooms share a unobstructed view of Sunset Park and the Pacific Ocean. The Master Suite has a porch overlooking North Island’s Sea and Air golf course. The house was considered as one of the “finalists” homes for the movie Something’s Got to Give.
