Sea Star

SeaStar was purposely designed and built by the owners of Flagship Properties for their own home. The original single-story ranch house located on the site enjoyed some zoning advantages that the OBrien’s were able to capitalize upon. The original single-story house was therefore lifted in the air, and a new first story was constructed underneath. The finished house consists of 6-bedrooms and 5-baths. It features a reverse floor plan (kitchen/family/dining upstairs) with spectacular Pacific Ocean views. It is the 3rd of 6 houses that Flagg and Flagship have designed and built on Sunset Park.
