John, Dorian and the entire Flagg team have been a delight to work with every step of the way. They are professional, timely and have impeccable attention to detail. We have always admired Flagg and feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with them on both the design and build of our new home!
We have loved working with Flagg Coastal Homes, especially because of Dorian Lytle's design efforts and Flagg's construction execution in attaching an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to our Historically Designated house (built in 1886) using a "breezeway connector" in Coronado. His conscientious execution with Flagg's professional crew of fine homebuilding crafts...

Flagg’s experience in both historic remodels and adopting to California’s ADU rules was exceptional.

He was also able to obtain zoning approval by adding a required additional parking space, which was a condition for ...
