My sweetheart and I recently purchased a resort home in Coronado which was designed and built by Flagg Coastal Homes in 2010. I contacted the founder of Flagg, John OBrien and asked if he and Flagg could assist us in addressing some issues that had arisen over a number of years from the previous tenant's misuse and neglect. Flagg was able to locate and research the original plans and specs and they selected a couple of trusted subcontractors to repair both the HVAC and plumbing.
